Why FLT?

Did you know that 51.6% of all Americans have at least one chronic disease, and 30% have one or more? The Standard American Diet (SAD) has been shown to decrease omega-3 fatty acid composition, dramatically decrease your fiber content, increase blood sugar levels, and decrease overall micronutrient density. No wonder eating habits is currently the leading cause of death in the U.S! A modified Mediterranean diet, equipped with proper supplementation, has been shown to treat these chronic diseases by lowering cholesterol, triglycerides, insulin, hemoglobin A1c, blood pressure, body fat, and countless other markers in the body. We focus on 3 main pillars: healthy eating, healthy living, and physical activity. Out goal is to help you live long, and die short!
