For now, Thorne, Nordic Naturals, and Metagenics are offering the following specials. At our store, we carry these products as well as other supplements and meal replacement products. Pricing should be the same with the exception of the special offers noted below.
Atlanta Functional Medicine only sells products from manufacturers who have met AFM’s rigorous quality standards. AFM determines quality by considering: (1) product research and development; (2) raw material quality and origin; (3) manufacturing process; (4) chain of custody from manufacturer to AFM office using temperature controlled transportation and storage (5) synergism among product components; and (6) reliable third party testing. The patient is not guaranteed the same level of quality when supplements are purchased from the general marketplace. AFM is not suggesting that such products are without value; however, given the lack of stringent requirements for dietary supplements and improper labeling, product quality varies widely.
