Mind-Body Skills Groups, Atlanta

Mind-Body Medicine enhances our capacity for self-care and self-awareness, giving patients greater control over health and wellness. Atlanta Functional Medicine offers Mind-Body Skills Groups, led by Linda Hall, RN.

Mind-Body Skills Groups can help you:

  • Reduce and relieve stress
  • Increase resistance to disease
  • Create optimal health

Because nearly all illnesses are either caused by or exacerbated by stress, learning proven techniques for changing the thinking and coping patterns which perpetuate the cycle of stress can dramatically improve overall health and well-being. At Atlanta Functional Medicine, our trained Mind-Body practitioners utilize well-studied and proven techniques to help patients break harmful stress patterns and employ useful tools to minimize the effect of the stresses which are inevitable in life. In a safe, nurturing environment, the Mind-Body Skills Group allows patients to discover their less than optimal coping patterns and practice the more productive and healing alternative techniques which have been proven to enhance overall health.
